Bringing Hope to the Hungry

Hope to the Hungry

The number one cause of death in the world is hunger. The Tripura Foundation was set up to bring hope to the hopeless and hope to the hungry. In India alone, there are over 10,000 people suffering from hunger, including children and elderly citizens who cannot afford to feed themselves because they are too poor to purchase food. We have so easy here in the United States. All we have to do is go to the mall if we need a pair of shoes. Food abounds in grocery stores, food courts, and malls. Our every needs can be met with a click of a button, with a trip to the stores, or by shopping on Amazon. This generation has not tasted worry over where the next meal will come from or concern over choosing food over medicine. Please consider donating to the Tripura Foundation. Bring hope to the hungry. Bring inspiration to the hopeless. Check out http://www.hopepostblog.org.  There are numerous places on their website to make donations.

Bring hope to the hungry by sharing this information on social media. Bring hope to the hungry by making donations to Tripura. And bring hope to the hungry by lifting up all those in need in prayer. Refuse to remain in a state of complacency. Have empathy for the poor. Recognize their needs  and contribute to ease their pain. Hunger is not the sole domain of India. Thousands live in poverty in this country. Thousands of Americans do not know where their next meal is coming from. And thousands need our help. Bring hope to the hungry with your checkbook, with your time, and with your prayers and intentions.

Sitting in the lap of security without having compassion for those who suffer does nothing to better the plight of those whose stomachs may never be full.
