Bring Hope into Your Life:

Sometimes it seems as though hope is no longer within grasp. We all experience life challenges. Happiness is largely contingent on how we deal with them. Following is an  approach to happiness and hope.

  1. Determine to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Responding to the pain of rejection with unhealthy choices does nothing to resolve issues. In fact, it creates problems and reduces the capacity to cope. Alcoholism and drug addiction are two prime examples.
  2. Make spiritual reading a daily habit. Deeply ingrain wisdom from the Bible, from the works of Wayne Dyer, Deepok Chopra and other spiritual writers. Visit the bookstore in your church. Choose books that will inspire and encourage you. Soaking your mind in higher energy knowledge will bring solace and peace.
  3. Determine to feed your mind only  positive thoughts. Turn off the television and videos which endorse violence. Protect your most valuable asset, your mind.
  4. Meditate on the Scripture “Put on the helmet of salvation, the belt of truth, and the sandals of peace.” This provides total covering of all the chakras and protects us from the invasion of negativity.
  5. Surround yourself with positive people. Keep in touch with those who will encourage and inspire you
