Eleven Steps to Vibrant Health:

  1. Eat mostly organic foods. Pesticides have the power to cause damage to our bodies. Organically grown foods are free of genetically modified organisms (GMOS). Organically grown foods do not contain neurotoxins which cause brain and neurological damage. Fruits and vegetables are not pesticide factories.
  2. Include healthy fats in your diet. Healthy fats protect the brain, which is 60%  fat. Healthy fats include avocadoes, fatty fish, eggs, cheese, olive oil, coconut oil, and cheese. Healthy fats feed the brain and help prevent Alzheimer’s. Turmeric is an antioxidant which also prevents Alzheimer’s. Turmeric will ensure brain health.
  3. Exercise regularly. Exercise can correct osteoporosis, elevate mood, prevent heart disease, and improve insulin resistant diabetes.  Exercise ensures bone health.
  4. Take organically based supplements. Whole food supplements are far superior to store bought supplements because they are based on whole organically grown nutrients.
  5. Eat 4 or 5 small meals per day. Four or five small meals help to maintain sugar balance. Heavy meals increase sugar levels.
  6. Get 7 -8 hours of sleep each  night. The brain literally feeds on itself when sleep deprivation is a reality.
  7. Get rid of all led lighting in your house. Led lighting causes cancer. The only healthy light sources are sunlight, halogen lighting, and incandescent lights. Both halogen lights and incandescent lights can be purchased on amazon.
  8. Wear blue light glasses. Blue light glasses block out fluorescent lights, which are cancer forming, and led lights.
  9. Have the led lights taken off of your computer. Not all led lights can be removed from computers. Some can be removed. Blue light glasses will protect against them.

  11. Drink six to eight glasses of water per day. Hydration throughout the day relieves fatigue and helps in weight loss.  So pump that water.
