Do you find the holidays to be stressful? Would you like to have information about holiday stress busters?

Dear readers: I so apologize. I have taken a bit of a break from newsletters due to a recent fall. Don’t worry. I wasn’t hurt. I was just a bit sore and headachy. In any case, here are ten steps toward having a stress free holiday season. I give to you ten holiday stress busters

Stress buster one: Set a budget for holiday spending. Set your limits so you won’t be stressing once the season is over.
Stress buster two: Stay with your diet. Nothing can be more stressful than being sick when the holidays are over.
Stress buster three; Draw names for gifts.  Always get gifts for all of the children. But do the adults need fifty presents?
Stress buster four: Take time for some spiritual reflection. Go to Christmas eve mass. Attend the church of your choice.
Stress buster five: Put the tree up ahead of time. It’s no fun to do a last minute rush.
Stress buster six: Get those cards off on time.
Stress buster seven; Call that best friend that you haven’t seen in a long time.
Stress buster eight: Make amends with those who have been God’s sandpaper.

Stress buster nine: Take time to laugh.
Stress buster ten: Be sure to eat some chocolate.
