What do You Want for the New Year?

New Year

The new year is almost upon us.

Grace world Church toastmaster’s club meets on the second, fourth, and fifth Sundays of each month. We have a word of the day at each meeting. Today’s word was “redirect.” The beginning of each year is always a time to reflect on the past year and to set intentions for the new year. I’m going to take the word “redirect” and use it as an anagram.
Each letter will have a specific meaning for the new year.

R: Resolve to make changes in relationships. Redirect your relationships in the new year.
E: Energize yourself with healthy eating and meditation. Energize your body.
D: Decide to make healthy choices. Redirect your food decisions in the new year.
I: Intend to develop a spiritual connection. Develop a relationship with God in the new year.
R: Reflect on what you want in your life. Spend time daily in prayer.
E: Exercise your body. Get out and move.
C: Create a happy life for yourself. Remember that you are a co-creator.
T: Take time to reflect and to change.
